Cologne Cathedral has intalled a new stained glass-window which was designed by the German painter Gerhard Richter. Here he combines the old (the cathedral) with the new (pixels). Already known as an outrageous colorist, I think he's topped himself with this one.

That is so true. I should look for some pictures of Joe Cox's NCSU library three-dimensional-color-mural-with-timed -gel-covered-light-sources. You know what I mean. (But what is it called?) It?s just been refurbished, I think.
It's called the Joe Cox Color Wall! But I didn't find any pictures of it.
I saw a picture of it in the summer 2007 NCState Alumni Magazine. But I can't find it online. Maybe later when it joins the archives.
